Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective August 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Agent War Table. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Agent War Table runs your brief through six sequential AI experts and returns a mission report, a slide deck, and a page build spec. Everything it produces is AI-generated and requires your professional review before publication — see the AI Disclosure.

2. Acceptable use

  • No consumer personal information in briefs. Describe audiences at segment or neighborhood level. Do not paste names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, financial details, or any other personal information about identifiable consumers.
  • No resale of output as professional advice. You may use, adapt, and publish your deliverables in your own marketing. You may not present them as legal, financial, or compliance advice, and you may not resell raw output as an advisory product.
  • No discriminatory marketing. You are responsible for Fair Housing compliance in everything you publish. The Compliance Officer is a review aid, not a shield — read its limits.
  • No automated abuse. Do not script deploys, share credentials across users, or circumvent usage caps.
  • No prompt injection or extraction attempts against the expert pipeline. Attempts are logged and blocked.

3. Usage caps

Each tier includes a fixed number of missions per billing period. Caps exist because every mission costs real API dollars; unlimited plans and sustainable pricing cannot coexist. Your usage meter is visible at all times and you are prompted before you reach the cap. Reaching it blocks new missions until the next period, an upgrade, or applied credits — it never restricts access to work you have already produced.

4. Intellectual property

You own your mission outputs. The briefs you write and the deliverables generated from them are yours to use commercially, without attribution or royalty.

We own the platform — the software, the expert prompts, the pipeline design, the interface, and the brand. Your license to use it lasts as long as your account is in good standing.

Because output is AI-generated, it may resemble output produced for other users, and its copyright status may vary by jurisdiction. We make no representation that any output is unique, original, or protectable.

5. Payment

Subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, never mid-period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. A failed payment moves the account to past-due: new missions are blocked, but your vault and exports stay accessible.

6. Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted service. We do commit to fast detection, automatic rollback of bad deploys, and missions that resume rather than die when infrastructure restarts. If a mission fails through our fault, it does not count against your cap.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, compliant, or effective, or that using it will produce any business result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.

You are the publisher of everything you publish. Liability for published marketing — including Fair Housing, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, MLS advertising rules, and brokerage policy — rests with you.

9. Termination

Cancel any time; access continues through the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, giving notice and an opportunity to cure where the breach is curable. On termination you keep the right to export your existing missions for 30 days.

10. Changes

Material changes will be announced in-product before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
